Do you charge for an initial visit?

No. Your initial consultation is complimentary. We will discuss whether braces or aligners make sense for you or your child at no cost.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first evaluation by age 7, around when the 6-year molars and front permanent teeth come in. Early evaluation is about informing and observing, not necessarily starting treatment.

An early look lets us identify and discuss eventual needs, evaluate habits, and set up a monitoring schedule so treatment begins at the ideal time. Only a small number of children need to start treatment this early. See early orthodontic treatment.

Usually 30 minutes to an hour, depending on your situation. We may do a visual exam and discuss findings, or recommend X-rays and complete diagnostic records with photographs.

An orthodontist is a dentist who completed at least two to three additional years of full-time specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, then limits their practice to aligning teeth and jaws. All three of our doctors are board-certified orthodontists.

Yes. We treat transfers much like new patients, gathering complete diagnostic records and proposing a plan to finish the work already started

Yes. With or without insurance, we structure a convenient payment plan that usually spans your treatment. We offer interest-free in-house financing. See financing and insurance.

We offer early and late appointments and will do our best to accommodate your family. Longer procedures are often scheduled mid-day, while shorter adjustments fit into early and late slots.
